I5- <br />L. McGough moved that the Planning Commission recommends <br />410 that the Council review the Village contract with Richard Schutz <br />and instigate legal action for the apparent noncompliance with <br />the agreement ; seconded by R. Schumacher. Motion carried unani - <br />mously. <br />The Commission suggested that a meeting be scheduled , <br />with Attorney Courtney , Councilman Ronald Herrick , Robert <br />Bjorndahl , Glenn Beggin and Charles Stoddard in attendance , to <br />review the conditions of the contract and to determine the re- <br />course to be taken ; suggesting that Mr . Schutz be required to <br />grade the south combination field ( two softball diamonds and <br />football and soccer field ) to the 920 elevation , and place the <br />excess dirt over the north field area which is now filled with <br />rubble , and compact and grade the north area to specifications . <br />1971 <br />City Council Minutes : April <br />Mr . Ralph Perry , 3670 New Brighton Road , requested that <br />the "mess" in the Perry Park area adjacent to his property be <br />cleaned up" ; stating that people are dumping there , even though <br />the roadway is chained and locked . <br />L . Stromquist was requested to advise the Public Works <br />Department that the "No Dumping" signs are missing from the Perry <br />Park site and should be replaced . <br />J . Hollenhorst advised the Council that the Planning <br />Commission recommends approval of the site plan , as presented by <br />the Parks and Recreation Committee , recommending moving the <br />combination soccer- football -softball fields , south of the pro- <br />posed road , about twenty five feet ( 25 ' ) to the east, elimanatina
