7-1 <br />1969 <br />Parks and Recreation Committee Minutes : November411 <br />Progress report of the Civic Center Committee is being <br />held up while the Finance Committee makes a long range evaluation <br />of the financial status of Ar den Hills . <br />1970 <br />Parks and Recreation Committee Minutes : August <br />Two picnic tables have been added to Floral Park . <br />1973 <br />Parks and Recreation Committee Minutes : August <br />Anderson moved , seconded by Mary Blomquist , that the <br />Parks and Recreation Committee recommend that the Council desi - <br />gnate the property located adjacent to Floral Park (originally <br />purchased for a Civic Center site ) be additional park property <br />Al, for Floral Park ; motion carried . <br />Village Council Minutes : August <br />Herrick reported that the Parks and Recreation Com- <br />mittee recommends that the Civic Center site be designated by <br />the Council as part of Floral Park. Hollenhorst moved , seconded <br />by Crichton , that the Council approve the addition of the Civic <br />Center site to Floral Park as recommended by the Parks and <br />Recreation Committee; motion carried unanimously .
