<br />, ' <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />< <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RE CONDEMNATION OF ALL THAT PART OF THE NORTH <br /> <br />ONE-HALF (N. 1/2) OF THE SOUTHEAST ONE-QUARTER (S.E. 1/4) <br />OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER (S.W.lj4), WESTERLY OF THE <br />CENTERLINE OF STATE HIGHWAY NO. lOIN SECTION SIXTEEN <br />(Sec. 16), TOWNSHIP THIRTY (T. 30), RANGE TWENTY-THREE <br />(R. 23), IN RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA, DESCRIBED HEREIN- <br />BELOW FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING, MAINTAINING AND <br />OPERATING A SANITARY SEWER. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable, and in the <br /> <br />public interest that the Village of Arden Hills construct, <br /> <br />maintain and operate a sanitary sewer for the purpose of <br /> <br />sanitation, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose, it <br /> <br />is ncessary to acquire the following described land, to-wit: <br /> <br />A 30 foot perpetual easement for the purpose <br />of construction, operation and maintenance of <br />a sanitary sewer over and across the following <br />described parcel of land: <br /> <br />Subject to S.T.H. 10 over the NE'ly 75 feet <br />and except the NE'ly 225 feet of that part <br />North of the South 33 feet and SE'ly of a <br />line run SW'ly at right angles from a point <br />on the centerline of said S.T.H. 10 and <br />900.2 feet NW'ly, measured thereon, from <br />the East line of the SW 1/4; all that part <br />of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, <br />Westerly of centerline Hwy. 10 all in Sec. <br />16, T. 30, R. 23. <br /> <br />The centerline of said 30 foot perpetual easement <br />being described as follows: <br />
