It was moved <br />by Councilman Dimon that the licenses be granted; seconded by <br />Councilman Henderson; motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Municipal State Aid Street funds <br />Clerk Administrator Lorraine Stromquist advised the Council of the <br />Minnesota Highway Departments' desire to familiarize the Village <br />with State Aid Street Funds, which become available If the VIllage <br />exceeds 5,000 population. Mayor Crepeau requested that Clerk <br />Administrator Lorraine Stromquist, Treasurer Worth Read and Councl 1_ <br />man Stanley Dlmen or representative attend the meeting, If pos- <br />sib Ie, <br /> <br />Rental Garare Agreement - New Brighton Bank <br />Clerk Admin strator Lorraine Stromquist reported that she was ad- <br />vIsed by Rosevllle that the service station, current1y rented by <br />the Arden Hills PublIc Works Denartment for truck storage, at the <br />corner of Cleveland anc County Road 0 , is zoned B-3, General <br />Business and provides no conflict with Rosevllle's permitted use <br />of the property. <br /> <br />The First State Bank of New Brighton has advised that they carry <br />Insurance on the bui Idlng and this Is not Arden Hills' obligation; <br />their polley does not cover Arden Hills equIpment stored In the <br />building. The agreement was referred to Attorney Courtney for <br />review before being signed by the Village.
