<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />JULY 28, 2003 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish stated based on the current plans for the Ingerson neighborhood <br />storm water pond, it is necessary to acquire a drainage easement from 1200 <br />Ingerson Road. The easement area required was approximately 2,143 square feet. <br />He stated Mr. Freimuth would be compensated $1500 for providing the easement. <br />He thanked Mr. Freimuth for his patience and cooperation. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem pointed out that Mr. Freimuth had not received notice of <br />this discussion, but he had no objection to the proposal. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish replied a copy of the staff report had been faxed to Mr. Freimuth last <br />Friday and he had informed Mr. Freimuth that it was not necessary for him to <br />come to the meeting. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion authorizing staff to acquire a <br />permanent drainage easement with Mr. Steven Freimuth <br />at 1200 Ingerson Road in an amount not to exceed <br />$1,500.00. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />C. Cummine:s Park Shelter Desi2n <br /> <br />Mr. Hellegers stated RSP Architects, the architect for Guidant, was requesting <br />approval of the design for the Cummings Park Shelter. He stated the Council must <br />approve the design of the park shelter before the Building Official could issue a <br />building permit for this project. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked about the timeline. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish replied it would be a two to three month project once it was started. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember <br />Holden seconded a motion to approve the Cummings <br />Park Shelter Plan and Design. <br /> <br />Rich Straumann, Chairman of the PTRC, thanked the Council for their approval. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
