<br />...- .. ..... <br /> <br />-.-..- <br /> <br />"" <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT--Case No. 71-21 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The undersigned, the Acting Clerk-Administrator of the <br />Village of Arden Hills, does hereby certify that this Special <br />Use Permit is granted pursuant to the provisions of Ordinances <br />No. 99 and No. 147 of the Village of Arden Hills in accordance <br />with a public hearing duly held by the Planning Commission on <br />Tuesday, August 3, 1971, and subsequent approval thereof by the <br />Arden Hills Council on January 31, 1972 and February 12, 1973. <br /> <br />Permission is accordingly given for the development, oper- <br />ation, and use of the following described property for a mobile <br />home court consisting of 200 "movilla type" mobile home lots to <br />be constructed by the developers in accordance with plans sub- <br />mitted to the Village on December 29, 1971 under Case No. 71-21. <br />The property to which this Special Use Permit applies is legally <br />described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot 25, Block 4, and Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 5, Mounds <br />Center; and <br /> <br />Those portions of Prior Avenue and Mounds Avenue vacated <br />by the Council of the Village of Arden Hills on February <br />12, 1973 pursuant to its Resolution No.1.?-/~ and described <br />as follows, to-wit: Prior Avenue between 1tS intersection <br />with the Westerly right-of-way line of State Trunk High- <br />way No. 10, and the South line of the Northwest Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 30, Range <br />23, and all of Mounds Avenue lying within the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 16, <br />Township 30, Range 23, lying Easterly of Interstate High- <br />way 35W; and also all of the sanitary sewers and appurten~ <br />ances released and relinquished by the Council of the vil- <br />lage of Arden Hills to Twin Parks, Inc., a Minnesota cor- <br />poration, and James L. Adams and patricia Adams, husband <br />and wife, pursuant to the aforesaid Resolution adopted <br />thereby on February 12, 1973 and legally described as fol- <br />lows, to-wit: All of those sanitary sewers and appurten- <br />ances lying within the rights-of-way of Prior Avenue and <br />Mounds Avenue in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 16, Township 30, Range 23, lying Easterly <br />of Interstate Highway 35W; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />of Section 16, Township 30, Range 23, which lies Easterly <br />of the proposed State Trunk Highway No. 394, except that <br />part lying within the East 240 feet of the West 1193.07 <br />feet of the South 263.65 feet of said Southwest Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter and excepting therefrom the South- <br />erly 200 feet of said tract; and <br /> <br />-1- <br />
