He <br /> recommended acceptance of Elde Circle as a Village road with maintenance <br /> of the road to be done by the Village. He further reco.mended Village <br /> acceptance of the sanitary sewer and water Installation and release <br /> of the bond furnished by Mr. Elde. The Counc II asked ~alntenance <br /> Superintendent Johansen to look at the road for maintenance purposes. <br /> The matter was tabled to December II, 1972, <br /> Gray Fox Road and Dunlap Street <br /> Engineer Lund reviewed his letter, dated November 27, 1972; reported <br /> that the roads as constructed are adequate for a 9-ton roadway as <br /> . required by the Village and he recommended that the Village accept <br /> the roads subject to any legal difficulties that may be remaining. <br /> Motion was made by Henderosn, seconded by Olmen, the Dunlap Street <br /> and Grey Fox Road be accepted as Village streets subject to the approval <br /> of Attorney Courtney and Maintenance Superintendent Johansen; motion <br /> carried uannlmously. <br /> Report of Treasurer Richard M.
