He <br />asked that the pos I tl on wrl te up prepared by the comml tteEl <br />previously be made available to applicants for the Job. <br /> <br />Little Lakes little League <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Mr. Herrick reported that the Little Lakes Little League will <br />rake and lay sod at Va'entlne Park and the Village In turn <br />will allow them to reserve use of the ballfield at specified <br />times for their bailgames. <br /> <br />Village Hall Landscaping <br /> <br />A proposal, dated May 15, 1972, from Dennis Adams for landscape <br />plans for the Village Hall and MaIntenance Building was pre- <br />sented. Motion was made by Herrick, seconded by Hollenhorst, <br />that the proposal be approved as submitted; motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator to ask Mr. Adams to proceed in accordance <br />with the proposal; cost of land~cape planner end the actual <br />proJect not to exceed $6,000, all budgeted. <br /> <br />4. Metro League Open Spece Polley <br /> <br />Copies of the policy to be sent to Parks and Recreation <br />Committee members. <br /> <br />5. CouncIl asked <br />Mr. Herrick to review Parks and Recreation 1972 budget after <br />payment of the Be I a I I' contract. Clerk Adml n I strator was <br />asked to write to the Arden Hills Jaycees to see If they will <br />consider the fencing as their volunteer proJect to the Village. <br /> <br />Volunteers - Sod laYlnq <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Volunteers are needed to lay approximately 5 acres of sod at <br />Chas.Perry Park. The work should be done either th~s coming <br />weekend 01" the weekend of June 3-4.
