Minutes o~ CouncIl Meeting Page three March 13, 1972 . A discussion followed concerning access roads to the mobllo home park and to the Kleldon property. A diagram was studied of the proposed mobile home street plan, showing access roads and changes d~e to a planned claslng of the service lane north of the Big Ten Supper Club. Attarney Courtney stated he fe~t that the Kieldon praperty should continue to be served by a pub!lcaccess, Instead af an access ease- ment as proOposed by Suburban Engineering, Inc. After discussion matlon was made by Hollenhorst, seconded by Hendersan, that the access road to the Kleldon property be a dedicated public right- of-way. Motlan carried unanimously.
