BRAD FISHER, PE <br />Project Manager <br />Brad will oversee the project team and manage overall project delivery. He <br />will establish and maintain communication with city staff so the City of Arden <br />Hills' needs are met during design and construction. Brad will also lead project <br />design, focusing on quality control and quality assurance, and guide the plan and <br />specification preparation. <br />Brad is a municipal project manager who began his career in 2010 before joining <br />Bolton & Menk in 2014. He has worked on many municipal projects consisting <br />of roadway design, including municipal State Aid design and utilities such as <br />sanitary sewer, water main, and storm sewer. Brad is passionate about listening <br />to his clients’ needs and delivering their vision. He completes project planning, <br />design, preparation of construction plans and specifications, and overall project management. His design experience <br />includes preliminary and final design, preliminary layout and design, preparation of feasibility reports, preparation <br />of construction plans and specifications, preparation of quantity take-offs and cost estimates, and project <br />documentation. Brad is diligent in working with multiple different work groups and subconsultants while managing <br />the project budget to keep his projects on track. In addition to his design experience, Brad has experience providing <br />successful construction administration services on various projects. He has expertise in the evaluation of concrete <br />pavement, determination of rehabilitation feasibility, and the implementation of concrete pavement rehabilitation <br />(CPR) methods and repairs. <br />MIKE WALTMAN, PE <br />Principal-in-Charge <br />Mike will provide close coordination with the City of Arden Hills and project partners. <br />He will be responsible for overall team management, monitoring progress, <br />schedule, and budget to ensure critical issues are promptly addressed. <br />Mike began his engineering career in 2006. Stemming from eight years of <br />construction inspection experience early in his career, Mike manages municipal <br />infrastructure projects and supports cities in pursuit of their goals. As a municipal <br />group leader, his expertise includes capital improvement planning, project <br />programming, funding, conceptual design, feasibility reports, completing final <br />design, and construction oversight. He has a passion for effectively managing all <br />aspects of project budgets, from pursuing grant opportunities to administering <br />projects to meet funding requirements, large and small. Mike's goal is client satisfaction, and he works hard to make <br />that happen. Mike is constantly responsive and makes his clients a priority in daily operations. <br />KEY PERSONNEL <br />Bolton & Menk recognizes the value of a forward-looking project team that can anticipate project <br />challenges, empathize with resident concerns, and build project consent through a creative and <br />comprehensive analysis of improvement alternatives.
