REPORT OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCN1ESH <br /> <br />Request to Delay Pathway Construction - Hunters Park <br />McNlesh referred Counci; to lettel' from Eugene Holderness, Dreyfus <br />Interstate Development Corp., r'squesting that Hunters Park pathway <br />installation be delayed unti I spring of 1976, at which time he may <br />have something more definitive regarding development of the prooerty <br />to the west of Hunters Park. <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Feyereisen, that Council approve the time <br />extension for an additional six (6) months. Motion carried unani- <br />mously. <br /> <br />Request for Release of Pemtom Landscape Bond - Seventh Addition <br />McN1esh referred Councl I to Lendseape Inspection Report of Pemtom <br />Seventh Addition, subml-rted by Inspec-ror Schutta (dated 11-19-75) <br />and to letter from Attorney Lynden dated i 1-21-75 re Pemtom, Inc. - <br />Landscape Performance Bonds for Townhouse Vi Ilages at Arden Hi II s <br />1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5tn, 6th and 7th Additions. <br /> <br />After discussIon re deviations from accepted plan, Wingert moved, <br />seconded by Woodburn, that eounel i approve release of landscape <br />Performance Bonds for Townhouse Vi! leges, fi rst through seventh <br />additions; Performance Bonds to be replaced by Guarantee Bonds. <br /> <br />After further discussion, motion and second were withdrawn and Counci I <br />requested McNiesh to write to the Homeowners Association and Pemtom, <br />Inc., advising that dewiations from landscape/site plan (deletion of <br />tot lots ei-c.) are not nec~ssari Iy acceptable tc COllnci I; proposed <br />site plan changes should b" approved by Counci I before approval is <br />granted by the Homeowners Association. <br /> <br />McNiesh was requested to check Development Agrt'Elnents for Pemtom North <br />additions with Attorns! Lynden, rolative to provisions for Council <br />review of proposed site plan changes, before acceptance of changes by <br />the Homeowners Association.
