<br />Minutes of Special Counci I Mesting <br />r.,go f i V€! <br /> <br />June 16, 1975 <br /> <br />and approved the contract documents for replacement of meters at <br />two locations in Arden Hills, by Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, <br />as amended; amendment was approved verbally by Matropol itan Waste <br />Control Commission. <br /> <br />Feysrelsan moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council authorize <br />execution of the ~greement by the Mayor and Clerk Administrator, <br />as amended, on behalf of the Village. Motion <br />carried. (Wingert, WONiburl1, Crepeau, Crichton voting in favor <br />of the motion; FeyerBlsan voting in opposition.) <br /> <br />McNiesh was requested, when relaying Council's action, to request <br />that applicant consider on.site ponding, since land coverage Is in <br />excess of Ordinance requirement; suggesting consideration of either <br />contour or roof top storage. Landscape Plan <br />reported that the Planning CommiSSion recommended Council <br />of the Landscape Plan, subject to: <br />Receipt of Landscape Performance Bond in amount of $10,000. <br />Receipt of plan showing detal I of fence proposed to screen <br />wast slds of site. <br />PlantIng on west side of slt~ to provide planting on <br />both sides or fenco. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Fredlund reported that fence datail has been submitted, which <br />Indicates a 4' h!gh so!ld fence 6s proposed, which he said sho~ld <br />!,rovlde the required screening of car headlights for residents to <br />the wBSt. (PlannIng Commission has not seen this plan to date, <br />but it appears to be In accordance with Planning Commission <br />~ecomrnendations). <br /> <br />Mr. Engstrom said that planting on the west side of fence may pose <br />housekeeping apd maintenance difficulties for McDonald..
