Feysrelsan moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council authorize execution of the ~greement by the Mayor and Clerk Administrator, as amended, on behalf of the Village. McNiesh was requested, when relaying Council's action, to request that applicant consider on.site ponding, since land coverage Is in excess of Ordinance requirement; suggesting consideration of either contour or roof top storage. Fredlund reported that fence datail has been submitted, which Indicates a 4' h!gh so!ld fence 6s proposed, which he said sho~ld !,rovlde the required screening of car headlights for residents to the wBSt. (PlannIng Commission has not seen this plan to date, but it appears to be In accordance with Planning Commission ~ecomrnendations). Mr. Engstrom said that planting on the west side of fence may pose housekeeping apd maintenance difficulties for McDonald..
