' <br /> <br />Shade Tree and Shrub Purchase <br />Buckley referred Councl I to him memo of 4/25/75 requesting authorI- <br />zatIon to purchase shade trees and shrubs for spring planting. <br /> <br />After discussion, Crichton moved, seCOnded by Woodburn, that Council <br />authorize the purchase at $1,000, as proposed.
