Bauer to attend a <br />Councl I meeting ~o explain the proposed coordination of swimming <br />ac:'j-'I V i i- t os * <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />TeCH Park Proposal <br />Mr. S"terbak presented a reVISIon of the TCCH site plan, indicating a <br />possible re-Iocation of the TCCH center and defining park areas. <br /> <br />The plan, as presented (dated 2/24/75) provides for one access to the <br />project from Old Highway 10 (Snel I Ing1; thereby el iminating the aC9~ss , <br />i!!!..mer.ly..t:)posed from ~:~Jto~,,~i/ , ' ,tU./. ~ <br /> <br />The~~ are~d consisted of approximately 7.50 acres (outlined <br />in red), proposing: I) tennis courts; 21 a winter sports area (utili- <br />zing an existing hil I for sliding and a pond for skating); 3) an active <br />play area and softball diamond; 4) walking and bicycle paths, picnic <br />shelt"rs and parking areas; (entrances to parking areas are proposed <br />from Hamlin" Avenue and from County Road E ). <br /> <br />After discussion, Counci I referred the proposed park plan to the Parks <br />and Recreation Committee for its recommendations to the Council. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
