<br />After discussion, Goldberg was r~quested to submit a parking plan,
<br />indicating size, numbe~ and location of parking stal Is, for Council
<br />consideration and approval.
<br />
<br />Goldberg advised the Council of an agreement he has with Cardiac
<br />Pacemakers, to use their parking lot between 6:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
<br />

<br />Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council approve the ex-
<br />tension of the Temporary Occupaney Permit for Blue Fox Inn, until
<br />February 28, 1975, to provide time for Mr. Goldberg to submit park-
<br />Ing plans and landscape and/or architectural treatment plans for
<br />the north side of the building, for Counci I approval. MotlDn carried
<br />unanimously.
<br />
<br />(Mr. Goldberg was requested to submit these plans prior to the meeting
<br />for Council eonsideration at either the February 10 or February 24,
<br />1975 Counci I meeting.)

<br />Arden Manor Status Report - James Adams
<br />Mr. and Mrs. Adams and Mr. Parker, Advance Engineering, were present,
<br />and presented a "Lot Completion Schedule 1975, Arden Manor Expansion"
<br />indicating lot numbers and completion dates. Council referred to the
<br />site plan for lot locations, noting that the first area of 20 lots, to
<br />be comple"ted by May 15th, will Include the model homes, which wI/I
<br />be located on permanent lots.

<br />In discussion of the park dedication, Counci I referred to Minutes of
<br />the Parks and Recreation Committee Meetfng of January 21,1975, recom-
<br />mending Counci t approval of park dedication requirements to satIsfy
<br />the recreational needs of the people In this area, as outlined, in
<br />I ieu of ful I acreage requirement or money.
<br />
<br />After consideration of the space requirements for the recreational
<br />areas proposed, it was determined by Adams and the Councl I that the
<br />area west of the office building and pool, would probably be adrquate
<br />to I ncorporate the mu I t I -pu rpose f sof tba II, footba II, soccer, kl te
<br />flying) field, a space at least 275'x360'. Space for the other re-
<br />quired areas: 36'x78' (6,500 sq. ft.) of hard surface for tennis,
<br />basketball etc., and four tot lots seemed to be adequate also.

<br />Mr. Adams was requested to submit a revised site plan of the mobile
<br />home park, accurately defining the park areas recommended by the
<br />Parks and Recreation Committee, and indicating proposed landscapl.9g.
<br />and lighting changes and public access to the park areas (vehicular
<br />and pedestrian).

<br />In discussion of the dedlcatJon, Adams requested that the dedication
<br />be permitted by easement, rather than by deed; stating that his mort-
<br />gage committments will not permit the "deeding" of the property.
<br />
<br />In discussion of the water system, Mr. Parker explained that tests
<br />would be required to verify if the existing wel I and pump wll I
<br />adequately supply the water needs of the 200-unit park expansion;
<br />advi.ing that a 6" water main Is proposed to be installed to replace
<br />the existing 2" and 3" mains. .

<br />Council advised that the water tests should be made by the Vii lage
<br />Engineer, or by a testing company, under the direction of the Village
<br />Engineer; al I costs to be paid by the developer.
<br />
<br />Mr. Adams and Mr. Parker stated they anticipate they can have the re-
<br />quired plans completed for PublIc Hearing on March 4, 1975.

<br />Human Rights Commission Meeting of 1/15/75
<br />Feyereisen referred Counci I to. the Minutes of the Human Rights Commis-
<br />sion Meeting of 1/15/75, and noted that he wi II contact Chairman
<br />Ericson, suggesting that Commission members be cal led a few days prior
<br />to a meeting, In an effort to improve attendance, and to request names
<br />of persons recommended for Commission appointment.
