Motion carried unan imous I y. <br /> REPORT OF COUNCILMAN JAMES WINGERT - Planning and Zoning, Board of <br /> Appeals <br /> Bethel Missionary Housing - Request for Release of Landscape Bon~ <br /> Wingert referred Council to a memo from Building Inspector Squires, <br /> reporting that plantings meet landscape plan requ I rements. <br /> Wingert moved that the Counci I concur with the Building Inspector's <br /> recommendation to approve the release of the Landscape 80ndfor the <br /> Bethel Missionary Housing building. Motion was seconded by Feyereisen <br /> and carried unanimously. <br /> Flahert 's Re uest for Time Extension for Removal of Fuel Tanks <br /> Wingert re erred Council o request from Mr. at aherty or an exten- <br /> sion of time for removal of the underground fuel tanks at the station <br /> (formerly Texaco) on County Road E, pending determination of use of the <br /> station property. <br /> After discussion of Vi Ilage Ordinance requirement to remove tanks after <br /> non-use of service station operation for a year or more vs. Fire <br /> Marshal's approved alternate "abandon in place" method, Wingert moved, <br /> seconded by Crichton, that Counci I authorize Attorney Lynden to prepare <br /> an amendment to Ordinance No. 132, incorporating Fire Marshal's approved <br /> methods 112 and 113 as set out in Zoning Administrator's appendage to <br /> letter from Pat Flah~rty. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Wingert moved that Councl I grant a time extension until January 31, 1915, <br /> to Flaherty's Arden Bowl, pending determination of a tenant for the <br /> station property, and sUbmission of plans for repair or improvement of <br /> the property to place it i n "safe condition"; plan to Include removal <br /> of underground tanks (or "abandon in place" method if ordinance is adopted <br /> to permit this method). Ca se No. 14-31, Schwab-Vollhaber - Proposed Change of Driveway Location <br /> Wingert reviewed a letter request from Mr. B. R. Pa r k, General Con- <br /> tractor for the Schwab-Volihaber Building Addition, and attached sketch, <br /> showing proposed revision of the driveway entrance. Wingert reported <br /> that the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the changed <br /> locatIon, subject to the following: <br /> I . Closing of existing driveway. <br /> 2. 'Approval of proposed driveway location by the HIghway Depart- <br /> ment. <br /> 3. Approval of curbing and paving plans by Vi Ilage Engineer and <br /> Counei I. <br /> 4.
