Motion <br /> was seconded by Feyerelsen and carried unanimously. <br /> '. Building Permit Fee Schedule <br /> Wingert referred Council to a memo from Building Inspector Squires <br /> re Bulldi ng Inspection fee recommendations, and moved that the matter <br /> be referred to the Finance Committee and Planning Commission for <br /> recommendations to the Council: Motion was seconded by Crichton and <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> (Crichton offerei to retrieve package of material from the Ordinance <br /> Review Committee). <br /> REPORT OF COUNCILMAN STAN OLMEN - Finance <br /> Christmas Tree Sales Permit - Tom Wolcyn <br /> Olmen referred Council to an application for permit for Christmas <br /> Tree Sales at 3882 Siems Court, from December I , through December 25, <br /> 1974, between the hours of 8:00 a,m. and 9:00 p.m. <br /> Olmen moved that Counci I approve issuance of the permit for the sa Ie <br /> of Christmas Trees as requested. Motion was seconded by Crichton <br /> and carried unanimouSly. <br /> REPORT OF COUNCILMAN CHARLES CRICHTON - Public Works <br /> Additional St. Pau I Sewer Cha rges for 1970 <br /> Crichton referred Counci I to a memo from E. G. Henderson re additional <br /> St. Paul Sewer Charges for 1970, and, after discussion, moved tl1at <br /> Counc I I authorize payment to Roseville for the additional St. Paul <br /> charges. Motion was seconded by Wingert and carried unanimously. <br /> 'Emergency Snow~low Operators hiring of <br /> Crichton moved, seconded by Olmen, that Counc II approve the <br /> Steve Zehm and William Karth as emergency snowplow operators at $3.50 <br /> per hour. <br /> After discussion re hourly rate, Feyereisen moved, seconded by Wingert, <br /> that the matter be tabled until the next Counc II meeting. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> 1975 Fire Protection Contract <br /> Crichton referred Counc II to memo from McNlesh re change in amount of <br /> Fire Protection Contract for 1975, and reviewed Joint Meeting of <br /> three Vii lages and Fire Department, at which time they arrived at a <br /> . consensus that the Fire Department could serve the three vii lages on <br /> a budget of approximately $65,000 (figure used by Villages in budget- <br /> i ng fire protection for 1975) . <br /> After discussion of the contract, based on a Fire Department Budget <br /> of $74,400, the Counci I concurred that an explanation of the disparity <br /> be requested.
