Submit to Metro Councl I for comments In unapproved form, or <br />2. Incorporate corrections by Councl I now and re-submlt to Plan- <br />ning Commission to be amended prior to sending to Metro Councl I. <br /> <br />After discussion, Councl I determined that correctIons be made prior to <br />submission of the Comprehensive Plan to the Metro Councl I; Planner Schmid <br />to discuss re-zonlngand Comprehensive Plan with the Councl I at the <br />COuncil meetIng of July 29th. <br /> <br />(~Ingert requested that comments or questions be sent to him or Planner <br />S.chml-d p rl or to the meetl ng.) <br /> <br />Case No. 73-45, Surface Water Regulations <br />Wingert reviewed proposed Surface Water Regulations recommended by the <br />Planning Commission for Counc! I consideration 16-18-74). <br /> <br />After discussIon, Clerk Administrator McNlesh was requested to send an <br />amended map to the Department of Natural Resources Indicating center <br />Island area marked with buoys; Indicating area not suitable for powe~ <br />boating. <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau thanked the Planning Commission and sub-committee for <br />their research study and report on surface water reguletions. <br /> <br />Field Insp.ectlon Proposal - Planner Schmid <br />After review of the proposal, and discussion re possible Inclusion of <br />this Inspection with other Inspections by the Vii lage, C. McNlesh was <br />requested to talk with Attorney Lynden re how this might fit Into schedule <br />of fees for permits and inspec~ions. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ConsIderation was also given to resident landscapers making the Inspec- <br />tions. Matter was deferred to next Council meeting. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN STAN OLMEN - FInance <br /> <br />Door-to-Door Sales Permit <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that the Councl I approve the <br />permit for Minneapolis Recreation Development for door-to-door candy <br />sales, as requested, subject to confirmation by McNlesh of licenses <br />In other municipalities, as stated in the application. Motion carried <br />(Olme~, Crichton, Wingert votIng in favor; Crepeau In opposition; Feyer- <br />elsen abstaining). <br /> <br />-3- <br />
