The Developer's Updated Request <br />The Developer has submitted a new proposal, included in Attachment C. The Developer proposes <br />to make a $200,000.00 financial contribution to the cost of the trail. <br />The trail <br />associated with the Development are identified in the aerial image below: <br />rf <br />w N Air, 1tat2iSet' �r <br />County- P ID <br />213021311000; "' •� <br />Evaluation of Development Agreement fees <br />As established in Conditions 26 and 27 of Resolution 2025-007, Attachment D, the Developer <br />would pay a total of $1,223,500.00 in residential dedication and park development fees. The fees <br />are calculated based on the fair market value of the Subject Property and the number of residential <br />units. The fair market value of 20% of the land that would otherwise be dedicated to the City is <br />$450,000. The total park development cash contribution in lieu of land based on the proposed 119 <br />units is $773,500.00. The total fees are noted in the table below. <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
