Karth Lake Estates <br /> Lynden referred COunci I to his letter of 10-7-77, recommend I ng <br /> approval of the Final Plat of Karth Lake Estates, subject to <br /> five conditions; letter of 10-11-17 indicates that the Rice <br /> Creek Watershed (condition #4) condition has apparently been <br /> resolved; therefore, recommends Council approval of the Final <br /> Plat subject to conditions I~, 2, 3 an d 5 In his letter of <br /> 10-7-17) . <br /> 'Woodburn asked about resolution of the park dedication. Crichton <br /> reported that developer has IndiCated agreement to a park <br /> dedication In the net amount of $29,587.20, payable at $500/lot <br /> at time Building Permit Is issued; final balance to be paid In <br /> fu II by August 31, 1979 (noted that he had proposed, at Building <br /> Permit issuance or at sale of lot; developers prefer at Build- <br /> ing Permit time-not at sale of lot).
