Crichton moved, seconded by Woodburn, that Council Introduce Ordinance No. 199 by Title, Rezoning The Three Parce!s Of Land ~n Arden HI~ls. Motion carried unanimously. Final Plat - PendlnQ Items . A. Karth Lake Estates Lynden referred COunci I to his letter of 10-7-77, recommend I ng approval of the Final Plat of Karth Lake Estates, subject to five conditions; letter of 10-11-17 indicates that the Rice Creek Watershed (condition #4) condition has apparently been resolved; therefore, recommends Council approval of the Final Plat subject to conditions I~, 2, 3 an d 5 In his letter of 10-7-17) . 'Woodburn asked about resolution of the park dedication. Crichton reported that developer has IndiCated agreement to a park dedication In the net amount of $29,587.20, payable at $500/lot at time Building Permit Is issued; final balance to be paid In fu II by August 31, 1979 (noted that he had proposed, at Building Permit issuance or at sale of lot; developers prefer at Build- ing Permit time-not at sale of lot). Marcel Elbenstelner said he agrees to ths.pal"k dedication as descrlbe.d (based on $6,000 per acre \fa ~ ue) . Crichton moved, seconded by Hanson, that Council accept a park dedication for Karth Lake Estates in tha net amount of $29,587. payablo at $500/10t at Building Permit time; balance to be paid by August 31, 191'. . Lynden recommended that the motion be amended to provide that an Agreement be d,-awn setting forth the stipulations of pay-' ment of the park dedication. The amendment was accepted by Hanson and Crichton and Motion as amended carried unanimously.
