REPORT OF ViLLAGE ENGiNEER OONALD CHRISTOFFERSEN Kerth lake Improvement No. 76-1 , Resolution No. 77-56, Bid Award Christoffersen reported that alt the necessary permits have been re- ceived for the Ka rth Lake Improvement i DNR, PCA, Metro Waste, Board of Health, R.C.W.D.); recommends that Council award the bid for the Karth Lake Development to the low bidder. Woodburn moved, seconded by Hanson, that Coun ell adopt Resolution No. 77-56, Resolution Awarding Bid For Improvement No. W-P-SS-76-1, award- Ing bid to C. W. Houle, In the amount of $591,333.70. Motion carried unanimously. ChanQe Orders Nos. i & 2 - Improvement No. 77-~ (Chatham) ChrIstoffersen explained that Change Order No. ~ I s for a time extensIon, and Change Order No. 2 Is for two live water taps, In lieu of cutting off wate r to a large sector of the Village.
