MotiOn carried unanimously. <br /> Case No. 77-27. Mutual Service - Grsdinq and Landscape Plan <br /> MI I leI" stated that Mutual Service is offering an idea of its plans, and <br /> asking for in-put; no action Is requested tonight. <br />. Terry WObkln, Tom Lynch and Wayne Winsor (Wlnsor/Faricyl displayed a <br /> revised mOdel of the proposed site end indicated changes proposed In <br /> parking area and drainage ponds. <br /> It was noted that point in question is the 100' butter strip, between <br /> re51dentiai area of Hunters Park and the recently rezoned R-B portion <br /> of the Mutual Service site. <br /> Crichton moved, seconded by Woodburn, that the rezoning to R-B previously <br /> approved (7/11/77) Is as Indicated on Survey dated 9/15/77. Motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Lynch reported that an EAW has been prepared for the Mutual Service <br /> site, to be submitted by the City. In discussion, it was noted that <br /> an EAW Is not mandatory for this project; not feasible for City Planner <br /> and Engineer to review the EAW to meet the October 12th monitor deadline. <br /> Mutual Service determined to not submit the EAW at this time since It <br /> is not mandatory. <br /> In discussion of revised site, Planner Mliler noted that when the road <br /> Is constructed, some loss of trees may result between the road and the <br /> revised parking lot configuration; will want to watch this.
