<br />Minutes of Regular Council Meeting <br />Page five <br /> <br />July II, 1977 <br /> <br />Case No. 16-13, Final Plat - Kerth Lake Hills <br />Miller noted that hIs report was prepared in review of a Final <br />Plat which has subsequently been revised; noted that the Preliminary <br />Plat, as approved, contaIns some lots of sub-standard size; Plan- <br />ning Commission has requested that surveyor provide City with area <br />of all lots in the plat (cannot be shown on the hard shell of the <br />plat). <br /> <br />Mr. John Sauro submitted a copy of the amended <br />whIch the lot areas have been entered In red. <br />the following lots are substandard In area: <br /> <br />Lots 3, 4, 6, 1 and II, Block I; <br /> <br />Final Plat Is, however, substantially In accord with the Preliminary <br />Plat as approved. <br /> <br />Flna,l Plat, on <br />Miller noted that <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />After discussion, Woodburn, moved, seconded by Wingert, that <br />Council approve the FInal Plat of Karth Lake Hills, subject to the <br />following: <br /> <br />I. Satisfactory resolution of the park dedication. <br />2. Indication on the plat of a 10' wide pedestrian way along <br />the east side of Lot I, Block 2. <br />3. Indication on the plat of required utility easements (as <br />determined by the City Engineer). <br />4. Execution of the Final Plat by the the City to be deferred <br />until bids are awarded for streets and utliltles. <br /> <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Case No. 71-14. Final Plat - Kar!~ La~e__~~!8t~s <br />Tabled to next Council Meeting at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br />~ase No. 11-14. Landscape Plan - Town Crier Pancake House <br />Miller referred Council to the Landscape Plan (dated received 1-11-11) <br />which he said minimally satisfies the landscaping requested; noted <br />that Windsor Landscaping's estimate appears to be satisfactory at <br />$5400.00. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that Councl I approve the <br />Landscape Plan for the Town Crier Pancake House with the contingency <br />that the front curb lalong Red Fox Road side of the parkln~ lot) Is <br />moved at least 3 feet to the north; landscape bond to be set at <br />$6100.00. Motion clrrled unanlmousDy. <br /> <br />11'1" was noted that It Is not Intended that the hedge line be moved, <br />only the curb.) <br /> <br />Case No. 17-28, Landscape Pian - Standard Station, 1306 West County <br />Road E <br />Miller referred Council to the Landscape Plan submitted, which also <br />Indicates the parking lot detail. Miller noted that a F"x24" ^\ll"b Is <br />proposed; not a severe grade problem; appears to be a satls1actory <br />slope for sodding. <br /> <br />In review of the bou~evard planting plan, Miller noted that plant <br />materials and sIzes are satisfactory, resulting In an improvement <br />of the site. <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by CrIchton, that Council approve the Land- <br />scape Plan as presented for the Arden Hills Standard Station at 1306 <br />West County Road E. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />(Council concurred that no landscape bond Is required It is <br />Council's understanding that disturbed exIsting plantings.
