Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />(Council noted that It understands that the detal Is of the landscape <br />pian are not "pinned down" at this time; encouraged Cardiac to pay <br />special attention to Planner Fredlund's landscape suggestions; <br />requested Cardiac to submit, in writing. Its Intent as to land- <br />scaping proposed for Phase II of the development.) <br /> <br />Crichton agreed to neQotlate the Park DedIcation for Phase II with <br />Cardiac Pacemakers; possible considerations noted were walking tral I <br />and drainage ponding areas. Council also suggested that Crichton <br />contact Feyerelsen re previous park dedication negotiations. <br /> <br />Ramsey County LeaQue - Alternate Delenate <br />Crepeau appointed Councilman Woodburn as Alternate Delegate to the <br />Ramsey County League. <br /> <br />Wingert moved. seconded by Hanson. that Counci I ratify the appoint- <br />ment. Motion carried unanimously. . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Request for Village to Insta II Streets and Uti I I ties - Ednewater <br />SO'uth Add I t Ion <br />Mcl'Hesh referred Council to letter from Marlyn and Keith Tramm <br />(MarOon Homes) requesting VI' lage installation of the street and <br />uti litles in Edgewater South Addition. <br /> <br />Council tabled Its action pending Preliminary Plat approval. <br /> <br />Request for Work Clothing for Park Personnel <br />Counel I was referred to the memos from Parks Director Buckley re <br />clothing requests for Park personnel. <br /> <br />After review of Buckley's memC6 and discussion, matter was deferred <br />pending clarification of "total" Parks Department clothing requested, <br />and method of financing. <br /> <br />Lexington Avenue Widening <br />Counci I was referred to letter from Ramsey County Engineer Deane <br />Anklan (1/26/77) requesting Council's decision re the proposed <br />widening of Lexington Avenue from County Road 0 to County Road E. <br /> <br />Wingert moved that Council advise EnQineer Anklan that the Arden Hills <br />Counel I does not approve the widening of Lexington Avenue to 52' <br /> <br />-4- <br />
