Minutes of Regular Council Meeting
Page four

February 23, 1976

After discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Feyerefsen, that
Councl I not grant the two changes as requested under IIIB. Motion
carried unanimously.

Councl I, in its discussion of the third request (IVO) noted that
actually no action on this request is needed at this time; could
be deferred unti I other requirements have been met.

After discussion, Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that the
Counci I not delete the wood-sided requirement. Motion carried
unan Imous Iy.

(Mr. Adams returned to the meeting at about 11:30 p.m.)

.

Adams explained that the changes he requested are necessary for
him to financially complete the park. He stated he had requested
Inspection of the sewer lines in September of last year and didn't
receive report of inspection until end of October; had moved his
equipment by then to his Creekside park and It was too late to
return to Arden Manor to correct lines. Adams said 95% of work
has been completed: balance of sewer repair can be completed in
about a week.

Adams explained that in order to obtain financing he needs 100
additional lots filled immediately, which he said he could do,
if not restricted to wood-sided homes.

Mayor Crepeau suggested that Adams list the pending Special Use
Permit requirements for the finance-company; advising of time
these items will take to complete; feels certain they will under-
stand the situation.

Adams said the requirements aren't reasonable; places a hardship
on him; can see no reason why he can't bring additional homes on
the finished lines.

It was noted by Council that, even though certain lines are In,
they have not been Inspected and approved; none of the amenities
have been completed; some of the basic services are not complete;
consideration of the wood-side question can be considered again
when other requirements have been met; appears to be "no rationale"
for changing the Special Use Permit requirements at this time.
' t....- ...

REPORT OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCNIESH

Finance
A.

Committee Meeting of February 12th
Request for Secretarial Services
McNiesh reported that the Finance Committee and Public
Safety Committee have requested secretarial services.

Council concurred that it was the Intent of Council that
all committees be provided with secretarial services if
they desired.

.

B.
