Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />~ REPORT OF VILLAGE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE MCNIESH <br /> <br />Resolutions No, 76-5 and No. 76-6 <br />McNiesh referred Council to Resolution 76-5 and 76-6 as amended by <br />Attorney Lynden. <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Woodburn, 7hat Council approve Resolu- <br />tion No. 76-5, RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-1 TO DELETE <br />REFERENCES TO ACTING TREASURER IN FOURTH AND FIFTH PARAGRAPHS THERE- <br />OF, and Resolution No. 76-6, RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-3 <br />TO DELETE REFERENCES TO ACTING TREASURER IN THIRD PARAGRAPH THEREOF, <br />as submitted. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 76-7 <br />Woodburn moved, seconded by Wingert, that Council approve Resolution <br />No. 76-7, RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS AND A SCHEDULE <br />OF PERMIT FEES FOR CERTAIN ACTIVITIES IN THE CITY OF ARDE HILLS: <br />ABOLISHING RESOLUTION NO. 72-57, IN ITS ENTIRETY, as amended, Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />1975 Permanent Transfers and Interest on Temporary Transfers <br />A. Interest Rate <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Feyere;sen, that Councl I approve <br />an Interest rate of 71' for 1975 Tomporary Tran~fers. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />B. Uti I Ity FlInd~, <br />McNlesh referred Counci I to her memo of 1-16-76 re Permanent <br />Transfers from Uti lity Funds to Public Works Reserve, <br /> <br />After discussion, Crichton moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that <br />Councl I approve transfer of $86,254.73 from Water Uti lity Fund <br />to Public Works Reserve Fund and $70,520.95 from Sewer Utility <br />Fund to Public Works Reserve Fund. MotIon carried un8nlmousl~. <br /> <br />M.LC. Route 38 <br />Feyerelsen moved, seconded by WIngert, that Counci I approve use of <br />Village streets for M.T.C.
