Vac.tion of streets in Shady Oak plat. <br /> 6. Fi11ng of quit claim deed for roadway <br /> purposea for turn-around on lot 17. <br /> After review and discus.ion, McAllister moved, seconded by Wingert, <br /> that Council approve the final plat of Arden Oak. aubject to: <br /> 1. Approval of all eaaements (uti 11 ty, drainage and turn- <br /> around by the City Engineer and City Attorney. <br /> 2. lesolution of park dedication requirement. <br /> 3. Approval of proposed street names by the Poat Office. <br /> 4. Approval of atreets, utilitiea and Irading plans by <br /> City Engineer. <br /> 5. Vacation of certsin streeta in Shady Oaks plat. <br /> 6.
