Motion carried unanimously. <br />(5-0) <br /> <br />Public Works Building - Policy for Use <br />Council was referred to memo from Johansen (7-23-81). <br /> <br />Council concurred that after hours use of the public works build- <br />ing should be at the di~cretion of the Public Works and Parks <br />Department supervisors; part-time employee's use to be under a <br />full-time employee's supervision, subject to prior approval by <br />department supervisor. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR CHARLOTTE McNIESH <br /> <br />Schedule Public Hearing - Case No. 81-l9A <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Hollenhorst, that a Public Hearing be <br />scheduled before the Planning Commission on WedneSday, August 5, <br />1981 at 8:00 p.m. at the Village Hall. Motion carried unanimously. <br />(5-0 ) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Claims (Summer Playground Leaders) and Payroll <br />Council was referred to July 28th list of checks, Nos. 1300 thru <br />1306 for seven summer playground leaders, and No. 1307, to Padel- <br />ford Boat Co. for boat trip deposit, totaling $1,913.31 and to <br />the July 28th Payroll. <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Johnson, that Council approve the Pay- <br />roll and additional checks as listed.
