Christoffersen
State is pending; an-

Johnson moved, seconded by McAllister, that Council adopt Resolu-
tion No. 81-16, Ordering Feasibility Report for Improvement No.
81-1, Grey Fox Road. Motion carried unanimously.

.

Repair of Booster Pumps and Check Valves
Johansen explained that the General Repair bid of $9,121.30, for
repair of the booster pumps and check valves, exceeds the budget
by about $1,100; if parts can be re-used, a substantial saving
could be realized and repair costs would be within the budget;
noted that this cannot be determined until repairs are made.

Woodburn moved, seconded by Johnson, that Council authorize award
of the bid to General Repair Service st $9,121.30. Motion carried
unanimously.

Needs Assessment - Additional Water Tower
Johansen reported that it has been determined that the Red Fox
Road booster station site is adequate for a 1~ million gallon
water tower, if and when needed; reported that the Public Works
Committee requeats that the Engineer ascertain whether the City
will eventually need another water tower and, if so, when and
how large.

Council concurred that Engineer Christoffersen be authorized to
prepare a rough water tower needs assessment, prior to August
1981, as requested.

3
