Drainage approval by Rice Creek Watershed, <br /> 4. Landscaping and exterior lighting plan approval by <br /> City Planner prior to building occupancy. <br /> 5 , ~ <br /> Acceptable . . of park dedication prior to <br /> building occupancy, <br /> 6, Submission of detailed plan s for bridge, including <br /> e le va t ion and construction details. <br /> In further discussion it was noted that the motion requires the <br /> building and front parking/ d ri veway a rea to be re-sited 20 <br /> feet to the . <br /> wes to <br /> Architect said tha t the plans are in the preliminary stages at <br /> present; would pre fer approval of the building si ze and location <br /> at this time and de fer acceptance of the exterior treatment until <br /> plans have been developed; we'd like approval of the building <br /> and setbacks as requested. <br /> . Council app rove the 5' <br /> f ron t se tb ack variance on the south and disapprove the 20 ' f r on t <br /> setback variance on the eas t for parking, <br /> In discussion, Win ge rt explained that the denial of the 20' setback <br /> is based on lack of a hardship for gran ti ng the variance, <br /> Hsnson said, as long as the buildings are tied together, the 20 ' <br /> f ron t setback varian ce does not bother him, <br /> -5- <br />
