They will <br />ensure that all the cameras are on the ground and <br />operating for at least 48 hours before transitioning <br />you to your Customer Success Manager. <br />• The Field Operations team is responsible for the <br />physical installation and maintenance of <br />cameras and associated equipment provided by <br />Flock. This includes a large team of technicians, <br />schedulers, and many others involved in <br />ensuring the delivery of the product. <br />Field Operations They take the technical plan you finalized with <br />Team Product Implementation and work closely with <br />other teams at Flock to make sure that the <br />cameras are installed quickly and safely and in <br />a way that maximizes the opportunity to solve <br />crime at a specific location. <br />• *Note*: For all Installation questions or <br />concerns, please always direct them to your <br />Customer Success Manager and not the <br />technician. <br />frock safety 3 <br />
