VENI'URES <br /> <br />Administrator Berger state:i the Joint Cooperative <br />Ventures Meeting is schedule:1 f= 6-26-91, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />INVITATION Administrator Berger reported on the invitation from <br />Senator Randy Kelly anj Representative Mary .10 Mdill.ire, <br />requesting applications to serve on the Ramsey County Local Government <br />Cooperation anj Consolidation study Commission; deadline f= suJ:mission is July <br />12. <br /> <br />Council:member Malone indicate:i a willingness to serve anj suggested the Clerk <br />Administrator serve as the alternate. <br /> <br />PARKS <XMrrTrEE <br />MEEI'ING <br /> <br />Council:member Hansen advise:i she is unable to attend the <br />Parks Committee Meeting. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />INFO; CHIPPING Council:member Hansen thanke:1 the Park Director f= the <br />SERVICE infonnation on the City hiring a =ntractor to provide <br />a chipping service for residents. She questioned if the <br />contractor requires a guaranteed fee amount anj if the City would be responsible <br />f= costs to meet the guaranteed ancunt. <br /> <br />The Park Director state:i the =ntractor has indicate:i it would be preferable to <br />=llect brush at the site until such time as a sufficient pile is a=umulate:i to <br />haul for chipping, rather than chip the brush on site as residents make <br />deliveries. <br /> <br />Counci1member Malone fav=e:1 the program, so long as costs do not exceed revenue <br />=llected. <br />
