Park Building Maintenance — 640 FTE Labor Hours estimated; 2 FTEs required High Priority. <br />Monthly inspections, and project details below. <br />• Cummings Pavilion <br />o Pavilion full roof replacement spring 2025. <br />o Remove rain shelter. <br />o Pressure wash concrete patio, sidewalks, picnic tables, and exterior of the building. <br />o Replace furnace and water fountain filters. <br />o Contract to clean HVAC duct system. <br />o Sanitize and deodorize interior rubber flooring. <br />• Perry Pavilion <br />o Pressure wash concrete patio/ sidewalks, picnic tables, and exterior of the building. <br />o Paint walls in the restrooms and kitchen. <br />o Open the building and turn on plumbing in the spring.
