Attachment A <br />-A)I�EN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-053 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A COMMITTEE AND APPOINTING MEMBERS <br />ARDEN HILLS 75TH ANNIVERSARY PLANNING COMMITTEE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council appoints residents to serve in an advisory capacity to the <br />City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish the formation of a 75t' Anniversary <br />Planning Committee regarding planning for the recognition of and potential events related to the <br />City's 75th Anniversary in 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, this Committee will be comprised of two City Council Liaisons, City Staff <br />Liaisons and volunteers; and <br />WHEREAS, this Committee will research and propose options and/or recommendations <br />to the City Council regarding recognizing the City's 75th Anniversary; and <br />WHEREAS, this Committee shall meet at an agreed upon schedule and perform related <br />matters as necessary to meet its goal within a to be determined timeframe and in accordance with <br />additional guidance or direction to be provided by the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />that the following are hereby appointed to serve on the Arden Hills 75th Anniversary Planning <br />Committee: <br />• Greg Rubenstein • Dan Lamatsch <br />• Marcie Jefferys • Steve Shumaker <br />• Rita Lamatsch <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 11TH DAY OF AUGUST 2025. <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk <br />To view the final document, access adopted Resolutions via Arden Hills Public Laserfiche Weblink by visiting <br />cityofardenhills.org and clicking on Archived Documents under Helpful Links on our main webpage. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
