Motion carried unan I mous I y. <br />(5-0) <br />(Lynden to coordInate hours (Sec. 4-12 - 11:00 p.m.) with City <br />Code curfew and liquor requ i rements; also to report State and City <br />requl rements re minors In II quor estab II shments.) <br />Proposed Ordinance re Trespass I n!l <br />L y n de n reported that State Statutes do not adequately describe <br />"tresspass"; referred Council to ordinance passed by Shorevlew <br />which goes beyond State law which he understands was adopted by <br />Shorevlew In order to prosecute an offender, which Is difficult, <br />under State law, to prosecute. <br />After discussion, Council concurred that more Information be <br />obtained relative to problem Incidents at Bethel College, and <br />whether or not Shoreview has used their "tresspass ordinance". <br />Upon receipt of additional Information, matter to be placed on <br />a later Counci I agenda. <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER OONALD CHRISTOFFERSEN <br />Preliminary Sketches - Hamllne Avenue Improvement <br />Transparencies were shown of the existing Haml ine Avenue roadway, <br />and proposed a I ternates at 36', 40' , 48' 52 ' and 58' street widths. <br />Council was referred to Christoffersen's letter of I 1-18-82 re <br />1980 traffic counts and future traffic projections: <br /> 1980 2000 <br /> Hamllne at County Rd.
