Concern was expressed <br />about sight lines on Johanna Blvd. in this area, and the safety <br />of children crossing to the lake. It was noted that children use <br />this lake access now; anticipates no increase in ita use. Another <br />concern expressed was an unsupervised beach and City's liability <br />if it encouraged improvement of the area for this purpose. <br /> <br />.Procedure to sell tax-forfeited land, or permit ita use for other . <br />than "public purposes", i.e. roadway, was queried.
