It was further stated that publication of the Newsletter
is a big job in itself, without the added video.

It was the general concensus that the Committees function as they
are at present; appointment of an Access Committee be deferred
until Access Coordinator is hired.

Request for Time Extension to Construct Fence - Jay Bros., Inc.
Council was referred to letter from Jay Bros., Inc. (5-28-82)
requesting an extension to June 12, 1982 for completion of fence
construction.

McNiesh reported that a Building Permit has been issued for the
fence, and it is her understanding the fence construction has
been completed.

After discussion, Mulcahy moved, seconded by Hicks, that Council
grant the extension pending receipt of report from Building
Inspector that the fence has been completed in accordance with
plan approved - Case No. 81-34. Motion carried unanimously (4-0).

Request for Time Extension to Remove Temporary Stockpile
on Red Fox Road - Forest Lake Contracting, Inc.
Council was referred to letter from Forest Lake Contracting, Inc.
(6-8-82) advising that the stockpile will be removed by the end
of July.

It

It was reported that approximately 1/3 of the pile remains on the
site; a previous extension was granted to October 31, 1981.

After discussion, Hicks moved, seconded by McAllister, that Cpuncil
grant an extension until the end of July, 1982. Motion carried
unanimously (4-0).

(It was the Council's understanding that this is the final extension;
if the stockpile is not completely removed, and the site returned
to its original cond~t~on by July 31st, it will be in violation
of City Code.)

I

Temporary Sign - Sitzmark Frame and Feathers
Council was referred to application for Permit for a temporary
sign at Sitzmark, 1160 West County Road Eo

-5-
