<br />. <br /> <br />Minutes of Special Council Meeting <br /> <br />February 1, 1982 <br /> <br />Mayor Woodburn closed the Public Hearing at 10:15p.m. <br /> <br />After the public hearing was closed, and discussion by the Council, <br />developer Marcel Eibensteiner requested that Council action on the <br />proposed plat be tabled until the next Council meeting, affording <br />Council and himself time to consider the feasibility report and <br />tonight's discussion. <br /> <br />McAllister moved that Council table its action on the Preliminary <br />Plat of Royal Hills until the February 8th Council meeting. <br />Motion was seconded by Hollenhorst and carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ENGINEER DONALD CHRISTOFFERSEN <br /> <br />Approval of Ramsey County County Road E 'Median Plans <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Christoffersen referred Council to County Road E median plans; re- <br />ported that the only change, since Council's approval of the plans, <br />is the addition of a replacement catch basin at Lindey's corner. <br /> <br />Hollenhorst moved, seconded by McAllister, that Council authorize <br />execution of the Ramsey County Median plans for County Road E by <br />the Mayor. Motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />Approval of Traffic Control System - Lexington/694 Ramps <br />Council was referred to plans for the Lexington Ave./694 ramps <br />traffic control system. <br /> <br />After discussion, McAllister moved, seconded by Hollenhorst, that <br />Council approve the traffic control system plans (Lexington/694 <br />ramps) and authorize execution thereof by the Mayor. Motion <br />carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />Status Report on Cable Television - William Baue~ <br />Bauer reported that each municipality in the North Suburban Cable <br />Commission is required to hold a Public Hearing, prior to the <br />joint Public Hearing on March 25th and before the consultant's <br />final report scheduled on March 10th. <br /> <br />Hollenhorst moved, seconded by Johnson, that Council schedule the <br />Arden Hills Cable Television Public Hearing on February 22nd at <br />8:45 p.m. at the Village Hall.
