There won't be a fifth one added? tt MAYOR WOODBURN: If it was postponed, it would depend on how long the postponement was and whether another one was named. MR. JOHN MINER: If there are four Council members and the tie is 2-2, it doesn't go? MAYOR WOODBURN: That's correct. It has to be a majority. MRS. MONICA TUGGLE, 4126 James Circle: Where does the fire engine come from? Lake Johanna? MAYOR WOODBURN: Rice Street or Lake Johanna. If there is any fire issue, it's not so much getting in as it is getting trapped once they are in. MRS. TUGGLE: Okay, I have a question - did they think of the feasibility of putting a service road along Highway 10 onto old Snelling - a service road alongside 10? MAYOR WOODBURN: Mr. Christoffersen, is there any possi- bility of that? MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: I wouldn't think there would be a possibility of a service road adjacent to Highway lO on the east side because of the steep terrain. It's very steep in there and it would be very difficult and expensive to build a service road. MAYOR WOODBURN: If it's a service road, it's usually State. Are they building much of anything like this? MR. CHRISTOFFERSEN: I don't think the State would see the need for a service road. MAYOR WOODBURN: I would like, at this time then, to close the public meeting. If there are any new ideas' that haven't been discussed, we would like to listen to them, of course. However, I think that the ,Council has heard a great deal and if there aren't any new ideas we probably won't have another public meeting. . MR. POPOVICH: Mayor~ by that you mean there wi11 be no more public "hearings". MAYOR WOODBURN: I stand well corrected. MR.
