Bauer <br /> said he has done some checking; finds that Hunters Park, Arden Oaks <br /> and the townhouses have no service to date; feels. their not having <br /> rights-of-entry is no excuse at this late date. <br /> Bauer reported that the Committee has scheduled a meeting with <br /> Group W on December 5th to obtain answers to the Committees' <br /> . questions before making a recommendation to Council. <br /> Bauer reported that the Committee recommends that Council grant <br /> approval to market in Arden Hills; sees no purpose will be served <br /> in delaying the marketing, so let this process begin. <br /> Rauenhorst moved, seconded by Mulcah~ that Council app~ove marketing <br /> by Group W in Arden Hills. Motion carried (Rauenhorst, Mulcahy, <br /> Hansen, Woodburn voting in favor of the motion; Hicks voting in <br /> opposition). <br /> Rauenhorst moved, seconded by Hicks, that Council defer approval <br /> of Resolution Approving Amendment No.1, Cable TV, Adoption of <br /> Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 226, and Publication of Ordinance <br /> Summary until the first Council meeting following the December 5th <br /> Cable Communication Committee meeting with Group W. Motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0) <br /> Cmiel Heller Pro ert <br /> Counci was referred to McNiesh s memo of 11 16/84, advising of <br /> order to stop bringing in fill, and advising of concerns re erosion <br /> into Round Lake; also of meeting with representatives of Fish and <br /> Wildlife. <br /> Cmiel and Heller reported that weather had caused delays; advised <br /> they now have a written contract with Jacobsen Excavating, and they <br /> will be following through with grading of the site. (Copies of <br /> letter of 11/16/B4 to Jeff Jacobsen re: Fill and Grading, and <br /> approved/accepted by Jacobsen, were given to Council members). <br /> Cmiel said no more dirt will be placed on the site; no dirt will be <br /> removed from the site; final grading will be done by Jacobsen as per <br /> letter. <br /> Cmiel and Heller were asked by Council to accomplish the leveling <br /> this fall, at their cost, if neccessary, to improve the appearance <br /> of the property for the sake of the neighborhood. <br /> Cmiel said he thought the grading would probably be done as early <br /> as this weekend; advised that he and Heller will be responsible <br /> for the seeding, after the grading is accomplished. <br /> No Council action was taken. <br /> . <br /> Request to Terrace Rear of Lot - George Bona <br /> Council was referred to McNiesh's memo (11/16/84), advising Council <br /> of Bona's request to terrace on the rear of his recently filled <br /> property, prior to freezing temperatures. <br /> No concerns were expressed by Council relative to the proposed <br /> terracing. <br /> Approval of 6 foot Fence in Lieu of Dum~ster Screeninq - Arden Plaza <br /> Council was referred to McNiesh's memo 11/16/84) advising that <br /> Arden Plaza would like to install a 6' board-on-board fence about <br /> 350' in length, instead of screening individual dumpsters at the <br /> back of the shopping center. <br />
