Shuster explained Group W's procedure to correct complaints; noted that the company Is ultr&Concerned that complaints are reso I ved -,( efficiently and satisfactorily; noted that the number of com- plaints rece I ved for approximately 570 miles of over-all construc- tion Is considered minimal. Tom Sherard was Introduced as the new Group W District Manager. Sherard said he Is here to assure good community relations. Bauer reported that Arden Hili s. Mounds View and Shorevlew have not approved marketing to date. Hicks moved that Council approve the amended Franchise Agreement and permit Group W to market I n Arden Hills. Motion was not seconded. (Mulcahy requested a written report on Federal legislation from Roger Franke.) Request to Consider I RBs for County Road E Animal Hospital - Dr. Routhe Dr. Routhe explained that he thought he had secured financing at the time he appl led for a Special Use Permit for his Arden/Shore- view Animal Hospital; this financing has not come through. Routhe said he feels the project Is feasible I f I RBs are available.' Routhe said he can offer Arden Hills: - an excellently designed animal hospital on a ve ry expensive site; - can put a program together which wi II benefit Arden Hili s; - will utilize property which has been an eyesore In Arden HIli s; - will create 5 or 6 new jobs and additional taxes for the City.
