Bauer reported that Arden <br /> Hili s. Mounds View and Shorevlew have not approved marketing to <br /> date. Bauer noted that I f City gives perm-I ss I on to ma rket and <br /> signs the amended agreement, the City stili has Its original options <br /> and can fine I f system I s not completed by November 12th. Roger <br /> Franke reported that the de fin I t Ion 0 f "completion" Is to be <br /> clarified and resolved by the Commission. <br /> Hicks moved that Council approve the amended Franchise Agreement <br /> and permit Group W to market I n Arden Hills. Motion was not <br /> seconded. <br /> Mulcahy moved to table unt I I the November 12th Council meeting. <br /> Motion was seconded by Hansen an d carried (3-1-1, Rauenhorst ab- <br /> stained; Woodburn opposed). <br /> . (Mulcahy requested a written report on Federal legislation from <br /> Roger Franke.) <br /> Request to Consider I RBs for County Road E Animal Hospital - Dr. <br /> Routhe <br /> Dr. Routhe explained that he thought he had secured financing at <br /> the time he appl led for a Special Use Permit for his Arden/Shore- <br /> view Animal Hospital; this financing has not come through. Routhe <br /> said he feels the project Is feasible I f I RBs are available.' <br /> Routhe said he can offer Arden Hills: <br /> - an excellently designed animal hospital on a ve ry <br /> expensive site; <br /> - can put a program together which wi II benefit Arden <br /> Hili s; <br /> - will utilize property which has been an eyesore In <br /> Arden HIli s; <br /> - will create 5 or 6 new jobs and additional taxes for <br /> the City. <br />
