The motion <br /> carried unanimously (4-0). <br />I CONSENT CALENDAR <br />I A. Approval of Operating Transfers for 1995 <br /> B. Claims and Payroll <br />Ie MOTION: Hicks moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar <br /> as presented, and authorize execution of all necessary documents contained <br />I therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />I Mayor Probst invited the audience to address the Council on any issue not already on the agenda. <br />I Max Stoutenburg, 1435 W. County Road, stated he is opposed to the total reconstruction of <br /> Pascal A venue as approved, with full curb and gutter. Mr. Stoutenburg stated that he feels that <br />I curb and gutter will not help the drainage problems on his street, due to the high water table and <br /> low land in the area. He continued that he felt that curb and gutter will only make the water flow <br /> more profusely, which would not resolve the drainage problem. He also noted that he is on a <br />I fixed income and cannot afford the assessments involved with the total reconstruction, as his <br /> property has 168 feet of frontage. <br />I Mayor Probst noted that the 1996 Street Improvement Project Update was on the agenda for later <br /> in the evening and that it would be discussed at that time. <br />I No other public comments were made. <br />f' <br />I <br />
