One example of this concerns the <br /> disparity issue. <br />I Specifically, the installation of the 20-car blacktopped parking lot <br /> creates an economic disparity. At the same time that it increases <br />I the value of the land owned by the LJVFD Trust, it also decreases <br /> the value of the abutting properties.
