Subsequently, a question has been raised about the timing of <br /> I the survey and whether or not it should be completed prior to, or after, the holiday season. <br /> There are several issues the Council should consider as it finalizes its intcntions: <br /> I 1. The last day Decision Rcsources will interview prior to the holidays is Decembcr <br /> 19. <br /> I 2. Thc next fOffilal opportunity for the council to review the revised survey is <br /> December 9. (Bill Morris is available to attend this meeting.) <br /> . " The survey should be pre-tested prior to formal undertaking. <br /> ~. <br /> I 4. Decision Resources has indicated that historically, surveys completed prior to <br /> December 19 are valid and typically, due to the holiday season, receive very <br /> I positive feedback from citizens. <br /> 5.
