-
2. 3431 Lake Johanna Boulevard, If the owner does not clean up the property by I
November 21,1996, then thc City will commence clean up. As an additional note, the
Staff would conclude that the adjacent property (3470 Fairview Avenue) is more ofa -.
nuisance than 3431 Lake Johalll1a Boulevard. It would appear that most of the material
on 3431 Lake Johanna Boulevard migrates from 3470 Fairview A venue. The Staff has
previously provided 3470 Fairview Avenue with correction notices. However, the I
"collectables" appear to reappear. The Staff will be issuing 3470 Fairview A venue an
additional correction notice.
3. Pentair Property. The Staff investigated complaints regarding a Salt distribution facility I
being operated in the Gateway Business District. The Salt was being brought in by rail
and unloaded for bulk distribution to Ramsey County. The property owner (Pentair) did I
not provide authorization for this to occur and neither did the City. The activity was
discontinued and relocated to TCAAP.
Recvclinl!
