Zoning - Meets Requirements <br /> Institutional housing is listed as a special use in the R-2: Single and Two Family Residential <br /> Zoning District. <br /> Building Setbacks <br /> Following is a comparison of the proposed setbacks as compared with the setback standards <br /> established by the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> ! Front Yard <br /> . (Lake Johanna Blvd.) <br /> 2.
