Subdivision Ordinance - Does not meet requirements Ordinance: Section] 150.04 of the City Code of Ordinances lists the requirements for subdividing previously platted property. Requirements that must be evaluated listed under Section 1150.04 include: 1. Survey: A survey showing the existing and proposed lots, 2. Zoning Compliance: The parcels or tracts resulting from the division or consolidation, as depicted in the surveyor registered land survey, shall not have an area, dimensions or setbacks which are less than the minimum requirements specified for the zoning district in which the parcels or tracts are located in the zoning ordinance. 3. Public Welfare: It is determined that the proposed division or consolidation will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to adjacent tracts in the area in which the subdivision tract is located. 4. Conformity with the rest of the Subdivision Ordinance: The proposed division or consolidation shall conform to all requirements of the subdivision Ordinance unless given an exemption by the Planning Commission and City Council. 5.
