Aesthetics - Meets requirement The additional green space along Lexington Ave at the Arden Woods office building should improve the view of the property from Lexington Ave. The increase in green space benefits the applicant by establishing a better appearance for a primary entrance to the Guidant Campus. The change also benefits thc City by increasing green space and enhancing the image ofthe City of Arden Hills to travelers on Lexington Ave. Although the proposed 157 space parking lot south of Guidant Drive South will reduce the amount of landscaped area on the Guidant Campus, it is unlikely that the parking lot will have any visual impact to travelers on Lexington Avenue. The new parking lot is approximately 260 feet from Lexington Avenue and most of the land between the proposed parking lot and Lexington Ave. will remain vegetated. 4.
