<br /> ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION ,- MARCH 1,2006 3 <br /> . not designed for two homes and now they wanted to put two homes on this lot and it was <br /> not acceptable, <br /> Chair Sand asked what the square footage was of the current home, Mr. Kotoski <br /> responded he was estimating the square footage was approximately 1,500 to 1,600 square <br /> feet. <br /> Mr. Torkildson stated he did not want to look at a side of a home and he believed this was <br /> a "bizarre" design, He expressed concern that the road was not wide enough to park in <br /> the street. <br /> Mr. Kotoski stated his preference was to turn the homes to. face Mr. Torkildson's <br /> property, but Mr. Torkildson's wife had stated she did not wantthehomes facing them. <br /> He indicated he did not have a preference as to which way the homes faced, <br /> Chair Sand asked if the floor plans would fit either direction.
