This access rcplicates the <br /> original access ofMr. Vaughan. . <br /> Mr. Ringwald stated the conditions that have been met by the applicant have bcen eliminatcd <br /> from thc list of conditions, and that additional conditions have bccn addcd by Staff. 1 <br /> Mr. Ringwald stated the park dcdication issue needs to be addressed and Parks and Recreation <br /> Director Cindy Walsh was prcscnt at tonight's meeting to do so. The Phasc IV building owner has also asked for construction on that building I <br /> to begin in October. At this timc, the plats nccd to bc approved and the mortgages need to be <br /> completed to stay on schedule. Over the winter months, only roads nccessary for construction <br /> vehicles would be constructed, and bituminous could be laid in spring of 1998. . <br /> Mayor Probst inquired what action nccds to be taken by Council at tonight's mceting, and <br /> inquircd if the construction contract necds to bc approvcd tonight.
